COVID-19 Updated Cancellation Policy

 

**Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, if you need to reschedule, for whatever reason, please let me know as soon as possible.  There will be no penalties for cancellations at this time.  However, no shows will be charged for 1/2 the price of their session, which must be paid prior to their next scheduled appointment. 

 

  • Please only come to your visit if you are 100% healthy.  If you are feeling even a little “under the weather”, please stay home & call/text to reschedule without penalty.
  • If you are experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath, have been exposed to infected people, please call/text to reschedule without penalty.

When you arrive for your appointment, please make your way to the waiting area at the end of the hallway, just past my room (the last on the right, Suite 208)

  • Due to the updated CDC face covering guidelines, I want clients to know that I am fully vaccinated and am comfortable not wearing a mask while in a session.  However, I am still comfortable wearing a mask if a client prefers I wear one.  **Please communicate your preference to me to ensure both parties are comfortable during the session.**
  • Please bring your own water.
  • Please come alone for your visit, the fewer people the better.
  • Hand sanitizer, paper towels & covered trash can are located near treatment door.
  • For the foreseeable future, this will be a handshake (& hug)-free zone.
  • I will aim to engage in minimal casual conversation/“table talk” & focus on necessary in-session conversation.
  • If you start showing any COVID-19 symptoms after your session, please let me know and I will do the same.
